As we all know, the important process parameter of aluminum profile extrusion process is extrusion speed. In the extrusion process, it is necessary to standardize the operation according to the extrusion requirements of aluminum alloy profile, control the extrusion speed and ensure the process quality. Welding process is a very important part of aluminum alloy extrusion process, which directly affects the quality and production efficiency of extruded profile. Extrusion speed, as an important parameter in extrusion process, affects the surface quality of extruded profile, service time and load of die. Four groups of different extrusion speeds are used to extrude aluminum alloy at 540 ℃, The welding quality of extruded profile and the change law of welding interface microstructure are analyzed. The effects of extrusion speed on the temperature field and equivalent strain of extruded profile are analyzed by finite element simulation. The results show that in the welding stage of metal, the maximum extrusion pressure is 30,45,60,15mm / min; When the extrusion speed is 15 and 60 mm / min, the average grain size is 84.4 and 65.6 mm respectively; The extrusion temperature increases with the increase of extrusion speed, and the temperature rise reaches 5.4 ℃
